During a session, the air is infused with tiny salt particles, creating an environment similar to naturally occurring salt caves.
Private sessions can be booked alone or you can have up to 4 additional people join you..
Similar to yoga, book a space in the salt room and enjoy the experience alongside other RISEilience members.

SIT + SALT GUIDED MEDITATION
Meditation and breathwork in a salt room offer a unique therapeutic experience, blending mindfulness with the healing properties of salt therapy. Participants settle into a comfortable position surrounded by walls lined with salt crystals, which release negative ions to promote relaxation and respiratory health.
The session starts with guided meditation and deep breathing techniques to calm the mind and heighten present-moment awareness.
Breathing in the salty air, or halotherapy, may help clear respiratory passages and support overall respiratory wellness. The salt roomโs soothing ambiance, enhanced by soft lighting and gentle music, fosters deep relaxation and introspection.
The session concludes with a period of silence or reflection, allowing participants to fully absorb the rejuvenating effects of both meditation and salt therapy.
