  • My first hot yoga class in 5 years- and first time at this studio-did not disappoint. Priscilla was a total gem: warm, grounded, and effortlessly motivating. Her teaching style struck that perfect balance between approachable and fun, and just enough of a challenge that I crave - it balanced perfectly with my existing strength training. Can’t wait to flow with her again and explore more classes!

  • Mat Barre was great! Lauren was wonderful and was a great instructor in terms of how to make adjustments to postures. The class was a good challenge and change of pace from what is typically offered at that time. I hope that these classes are offered more in the future! (I loved the class so much I’m almost sad that I have to miss it next week due to work)
