Do I need to bring my own mat?
While we provide yoga mats for rent or purchase. You're welcome to bring your own if you prefer. Using your mat can enhance your practice and ensure you have the support you need. SHOP HERE

How early should I arrive for class?
We suggest arriving at least 10-15 minutes before the scheduled class time to check-in, settle in, and prepare for your practice. Late arrivals may not be admitted to class to minimize disruption to others.

I've never done yoga, can beginners attend your classes?
Absolutely! Our classes are open to practitioners of all levels, including beginners. Our instructors are skilled at offering modifications and adjustments to accommodate students of varying experience levels.

What if I have injuries or physical limitations?
Please inform your instructor before class if you have any injuries or physical limitations. Please let them know if you are pregnant or have recently given birth. They will offer modifications and alternative poses to ensure a safe and enjoyable practice for you. We have props to make you more comfortable & you may purchase Yoga Kneeling Pads for extra support on your joints HERE.

What is your cancellation policy?
We have a 12-hour cancellation policy for all classes. If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so at least 12 hours before the scheduled class time to avoid being charged.

Can I bring my child to class?
We currently offer classes specifically for children on Saturday and Sunday mornings for ages 4+ with a guardian. We offer teen only classes for 12+ weekly. Some of our classes may be suitable for children accompanied by a parent or guardian. Please contact us for more information.

Do you offer private sessions?
Yes, we offer private yoga sessions tailored to your individual needs and goals. We also offer private events, and salt session yoga. Pease schedule HERE.
