CLASS TYPES:

  • Flow Yoga: Flow yoga class, similar to a Vinyasa class, features a dynamic sequence where movement flows seamlessly with the breath. It begins with a warm-up of breathing exercises and gentle stretches, then transitions into a series of Sun Salutations and standing poses designed to build strength, balance, and flexibility. Raising Riseilience: TEENS-ONLY YOGA

Our teens-only yoga classes are specifically designed to address the unique needs and interests of adolescents.

The class starts with a brief check-in, allowing teens to share their feelings and set intentions for their practice. The instructor fosters a supportive environment where teens feel comfortable expressing themselves and connecting with peers.

The practice includes a mix of dynamic movement, strength-building poses, and mindfulness techniques tailored to teens. Students are encouraged to explore their bodies, build self-awareness, and develop positive relationships with themselves and others.

Class Types:

  • Flow: Also known as flow yoga, this dynamic style involves moving through a series of poses coordinated with breath. It features continuous movement and smooth transitions, creating a flowing and meditative experience.

  • Hatha Yoga: Focuses on physical postures and breathing techniques. This gentle, foundational style is suitable for beginners and emphasizes alignment, balance, and relaxation.
