    26&2: modern name for the traditional Bikram Yoga sequence, which includes 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises performed in a specific order in a heated room. This practice is designed to stretch, strengthen, and detoxify the body while promoting focus and discipline.

    FIRE&RELEASE: low-impact session conducted in a heated room, focusing on lengthening muscles, improving flexibility, and releasing tension.

    STRETCH & SALT: semi-private class designed for up to Four participants. This unique session combines gentle, restorative stretches with the therapeutic benefits of halotherapy (salt therapy), creating a holistic experience for the body and mind.

    REIKI & SALT: As the salt-infused air works to cleanse your respiratory system and skin, the Reiki practitioner channels universal life force energy to balance your body, mind, and spirit. This harmonious pairing enhances relaxation, clears energetic blockages, and supports your body’s natural ability to heal.

    MASSAGE & SALT: coming soon. As the massage releases tension and soothes sore muscles, the salt-infused air works to cleanse your respiratory system and detoxify your skin.

  • MEDITATE & SALT: This unique experience combines mindfulness, breathwork, and visualization techniques, creating a space for profound relaxation and mental clarity.

    YOGA NIDRA: It is not physical yoga but a systematic form of guided meditation that promotes complete relaxation of the body and mind. Yoga Nidra is typically practiced lying down in a comfortable position, making it accessible to all.
